FITME is a free service accessible to everyone — no sign-up required. By using FITME, you agree to the following terms.
1. Purpose
FITME provides a web-based body proportion analysis tool and educational fit articles. You enter body measurements; the service estimates proportions and offers educational styling direction — entirely within your browser, with no measurement data sent to our servers.
2. Eligibility
- Available to users aged 14 and above.
- No account or login required.
- The service is provided free of charge.
3. Services Provided
- Body measurement input and proportion analysis based on golden ratio benchmarks.
- Body type classification and educational styling guidance (not medical or professional tailoring).
- Automatic locale-based unit configuration (metric / imperial).
- Body measurement guides and fashion content.
4. Data Handling
Your body measurements are used solely for generating analysis results and are never transmitted to or stored on any server. All analysis runs locally in your browser. Data is discarded when the browser tab is closed. Language and unit preferences are saved in localStorage for your convenience only.
5. Disclaimer
FITME's body proportion analysis and style recommendations are for reference only, based on statistical averages. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or professional fashion consulting. Results are comparative to statistical benchmarks and are not absolute standards. FITME is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Prohibited Activities
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated scripts to make bulk requests to the service.
- Copying, reproducing, or commercially using FITME's content, design, or code without permission.
- Using the service in any way that harms other users or violates applicable law.
- Publishing or promoting FITME in ways that misrepresent what the site offers (for example claiming a mobile app, medical diagnosis, or paid download we do not provide).
- Search-engine spam such as keyword stuffing, doorway pages, or scraped duplicate content on URLs that display our ads — see Editorial Standards and Google publisher spam policies.
7. Advertising
FITME may display ads via Google AdSense to cover operating costs. Ad content is determined by Google's policies, and FITME is not responsible for the accuracy or content of such advertisements.
Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity (session analytics), and AdSense-related cookies are described in our Privacy Policy. On your first visit you can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the on-site banner.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in FITME's content, design, logo, and code belong to FITME. Non-commercial personal use (e.g., sharing screenshots) is permitted. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
9. Service Changes
FITME may add, modify, or discontinue features to improve the service. Significant changes will be announced in-service in advance where possible.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
